At Strollers Direct, the safety of your child is as important to us as it is to you that is why we provide each and every customer with our Automatic Recall Alert.
In the event that a manufacturer’s recall is issued for the stroller that you purchased from Strollers Direct, our Automatic Recall Alert (ARA) system will send you a recall notification email with details of the recall as well as instructions on what to do with the recalled item.
How does the ARA system work?
When your order is placed, our system will record the make and model of the stroller you purchase as well as your order email address. This information will remain stored in our system and an email will be sent to you if and only if your stroller is recalled.
