Since the early 1990's, Phil & Ted's has manufactured products that make it easier for parents travel with their kids in tow. Phil & Ted's has been recognized several times by Kind + Jugend in Cologne, Germany for their innovative product designs. In 1996, this New Zealand based company's strollers were introduced to the U.S. children's product market.

Each Phil & Ted's stroller is designed to adapt to a child's needs and to help parents survive traveling with their children hence the company's slogan Adapt and Survive. In addition to strollers and stroller accessories, Phil & Ted's manufactures car seats, infant carriers, infant chairs and Mokopuna child clothing.
