Reasons why delivery of your order may be delayed
Order Placed, Not Shipped An item that you ordered was/is out of stock. If you ordered an out of stock item, you should have received a notification email that provided an expected ship date for your order. If you did not receive an out of stock notification or have questions about your order, please contact through Live Help or our customer service line.
Order Placed, Shipped, Not Delivered If you order was shipped and has not be delivered by the estimated delivery date, there may have been a delivery exception with the carrier. Delivery exceptions occur when the driver cannot locate an address, if part of an address is missing or if no one is available to receive a package that requires a signature.
Please note that the delivery of international orders may be delayed by customs. All international orders must be cleared through customs before being delivered.
