Kelty KIDS Gear is a specialty line created by the camping equipment manufacturer Kelty. Kelty, an American Recreations Products brand, is based in Boulder, Colorado. The line specializes in creating everything that an active family needs including baby strollers, child carriers and backpacks designed for camping, hiking and other outdoor activities. Kelty uses the mountainous terrain of the homeland in Colorado to test and create the most innovative, durable and user friendly products available.

Since 1952, Kelty has been designing and producing products that are designed for everyday use for the outdoor enthusiast who enjoys camping, hiking etc. Over the years Kelty has recognized the desire for parents to include their children in their outdoor lifestyles yet found that the industry lacked products that appealed to and supported the family adventure. Thus Kelty K.I.D.S. was born in 1992. Now parents and kids can find unique products designed specifically for the comfort and safety of the child's outdoor adventure!

The Kelty KIDS stroller line was developed in 2001 and offers a collection of four designs, the Baby Boot Camp Single or Deuce, the Speedster, the Speedster Deluxe and the Speedster Deuce. The strollers are built to withstand the activity of the jogger, the hiker, the biker and the ups and downs below their feet!
