At Strollers Direct, we offer free ground shipping for all orders totaling $100 or more that are shipped within the Continental US.
Shipping rates for orders totaling less than $100 as well as those shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are determined by package weight and delivery destination.
U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx; therefore, a physical address is needed because FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 days after order processing when shipped via FedEx Ground.
Shipping for any order can be upgraded to FedEx 2nd Day or FedEx Next Day. Rates for upgraded shipping are determined by package weight and delivery destination.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the following business day. Please note that order processing and shipping is dependent on product availability.
At this time, we are only authorized to sell and ship orders within the United States. We do not offer international shipping nor do we offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses.
