We recently bought this stroller for our newborn twins. They were preemies at birth and the stroller was way to big for them so we bought the carrycots to adapt. They were a nightmare to put on (basically have to take all the fabric off and add all these screws to carrycots). Now that the babies are about 12lbs we put the fabric back on (again a HUGE nightmare and would not recommend this) and now the stroller is useful. It is very easy to open and close but rather heavy. I am not strong and can scoot it into my suv trunk ok. The wheels are great and drives thru my neighborhood wonderfully. It is a tad cumbersome for mall trips etc. Yes it fits thru standard doors but the big tires just make it bulky. I would recommend for use in and out of your house for walks to the local park or on broken sidewalks but not sure a perfect stroller if you are in and out of the car a lot. I do NOT recommend using for newborns and the carrycots were expensive and a pain.
